Information Gathering
The Harvard Kennedy School Case Program requires that you supply the following information during the ordering and registration process:
- Name
- Institution/Department
- Title
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Telephone number
We use this information for the following purposes:
- To determine whether or not an individual qualifies for Educator Access.
- To send email to confirm purchases and delivery of digital products.
IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are used to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our website. Cookies are used to gather session information such as the following: demographic information, time spent on site, keywords searched, and entry/exit pages. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information. This means that user sessions will be tracked, but users will remain anonymous.
Site Registration
If you have registered on our site, the Harvard Kennedy School will not sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your email address or any information that personally identifies you without your affirmative permission. We will not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information.
