The teaching cases in this section involve the law and law enforcement at all levels of public discourse and governance, from a local Traffic Unit to the International Criminal Court. In discussing these cases, students will focus on ethical, legal, political, social, and managerial implications of policy and enforcement decisions along with the contextual and technical backdrops that shape them.
