Advocacy and Lobbying

From individual moral dilemmas to multiparty negotiations, the cases in this section explore the role of influence in decision- and policy-making as well as the means by which it is exerted. Through discussion-based, active learning, students consider the perspectives and challenges faced by advocates large and small as well as the political and organizational actors with which they engage.
